  • *1:After purchasing the condominium from the seller (Oshidori Inc.), the owner signs a building lease and management contract with 634 Inc.
    Land: Co-ownership based on the ratio of site rights. (The private garden is exclusively used by the owner of the adjacent room but not exclusively owned.)
    Building: Exclusive use portion is condominium interests, and co-ownership of the co-ownership portion is based on the ratio of site rights.
    (Ratio of site rights = Ratio of the floor area of each unit owner's exclusive area to the total floor area of all exclusive areas of the building of the Property)
  • *2:Includes maintenance costs for the building, furniture, appliances, etc., and utilities. Property tax and insurance are not included.
  • *3:Reserves are managed by the management association and repairs are carried out in accordance with the long-term repair plan.

Once a year, we will hold an exclusive event for owners only. We will prepare unique contents such as food, music, and art. It is also an opportunity for owners to interact with each other. In line with the concept of this facility to pass on cultural values to the next generation, we plan to invite young artists (architects, musicians, chefs, painters, performers, etc.) and offer programs to foster and support them.
