(Ratio of site rights = Ratio of the floor area of each unit owner's exclusive area to the total floor area of all exclusive areas of the building of the Property) - *2:Includes maintenance costs for the building, furniture, appliances, etc., and utilities. Property tax and insurance are not included.
- *3:Reserves are managed by the management association and repairs are carried out in accordance with the long-term repair plan.

- *6:The seller and sales agent is Oshidori Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 634 Corporation, and the operation manager is 634 Inc. (Hotel business license obtained).

Once a year, we will hold an exclusive event for owners only. We will prepare unique contents such as food, music, and art. It is also an opportunity for owners to interact with each other. In line with the concept of this facility to pass on cultural values to the next generation, we plan to invite young artists (architects, musicians, chefs, painters, performers, etc.) and offer programs to foster and support them.
