TIMELESS COURT IZU is a luxury hotel condominium in Izu, Japan.
During periods when the owner is not using the property, it can be rented out as hotel rooms to generate revenue. Unlike a detached villa or resort condominium, the property is maintained and managed by the hotel, so you can own the property with peace of mind even during periods of non-use.

Architecture
The original architecture was designed by Chiaki Arai in 1990. It is a masterpiece that has been selected as one of the "JIA 25 Years of Architecture" to be handed down to the next generation. The original building, with its exquisite and extravagant details that are difficult to create today, has been renewed by Akinori Hamada, a leading architect of the next generation, and Shun Kawakami, a creative director active worldwide. It has been reborn as "TIMELESS COURT IZU" based on the concept of timeless value. The building stands on a vast site, surrounded by trees and a pool.

Bunker
Each room comes with a basement that can be customized by the owner. You can use it freely, such as a hobby room, and it can function as an underground shelter that can be evacuated and stayed in an emergency.
